ERA and NRC will now work together to develop bespoke human performance development sessions and training solutions.

The strong association will mean a new range of tailored immersive packages, using virtual and mixed reality to meet customer needs in health and safety, emergency response/management and spill response, available to clients across the globe.

This new venture will give NRC the ability to offer its client base the opportunity to participate in high quality training in line with their own policies and procedures in a more innovative and immersive manner.

The ability to develop staff through bespoke, cost effective training solutions will become more and more valuable.
